Please be advised that our Charge back Policy has been revised and will become effective July 1, 2003. Unauthorized deductions will remain as debits on your account until proper procedures are followed. These small balances will accumulate and this may affect your favorable terms or delay shipment of pending orders. Changes made policy are indicated by Italics.

 

 

 

  RETURNS
  • All RA Requires Return Authorization Request Form.
  • Return Authorization Request must be made writing within 60 days of the shipment date. Returns over 90 days old will not be accepted.
  • Return Authorization numbers must be issued by Christopher Lena Shirt Co. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • You must provide a Style No. Size, Color, Invoice Number, and reason why you want to return merchandise.
  • RA number must be written on the outside of the box or package you are returning.
  • Unauthorized Returns will be refused. We are not responsible for freight charges.
  • You are responsible for ALL freight charges on REFUSED shipments.
  • Christopher Lena Shirt Co. does not  take responsibility in accepting merchandise you do not like or merchandise you can not sell. NO EXCEPTIONS!
  • Refunds, credits, and exchanges will only be given on current styles.
  • No refunds, exchanges or credits on Closed outs, or old styles.
  • All credits must be taken within period of one year.

Unauthorized Returns will be refused and sent back to sender.
